OK, so apparently mother's intuition is always wrong because I had somewhat convinced myself that we would be having a little boy. However, it turns out our "little guy" is actually a little gal. A really inappropriate ultrasound shot, which will be immortalized in a scrapbook and brought out every time our daughter goes on a first date, confirmed out baby's gender almost immediately. I won't go into details, but something that would be there, isn't ... if you know what I mean. Privates aside, we're thrilled to know that our baby is healthy and right on target for her late fall arrival. Also, she may have a future in break dancing based on her sweet dance moves in utero. Anyway, now we can move on to the important stuff like buying clothes and picking a name and finding a hairdresser ... you know, the essentials.
* Oh, and that photo totally isn't our baby. It's not that I'm worried that you'll stalk our child based on her grainy ultrasound, it's just that we don't have a scanner. But it does look like she's inherited a trademark Dub nose. You know, the dainty, "I-weigh-11-ounces" kind.

YAY for girls!
Congratulations Mrs. Dub! That's wonderful news, hopefully she will be a little clone of adorable you!
Wow, Stephanie, that was going to be my comment. It's kind of a girly year this year. I bet Leslie & Stephanie N. will have girls too.
