
For lack of anything better to blog about, I thought I'd flash back to our summer stint in Colorado, where we were introduced to a culinary delicacy: GRILLED CHEESE.
OK, so I'd had grilled cheese before, but nothing like what Chedd's is serving its patrons. You can choose from any cheese imaginable (like horseradish harvati and chipotle cheddar) or opt for one of their famous creations.
I ordered the Wild Garden: Pesto jack, wild morel and leek jack, mushroom, pesto and ranch on Aspen 7-grain bread.
Unfortunately, I think we're going to have to make a trip up to Wisconsin next time we're craving gourmet grilled cheese.

I wanted to have grilled cheese for lunch today, but alas there was no bread so I had to settle for a mediocre quesa-dilla.
