My nesting instinct (which, for those who know me, is ever-present and not necessarily an impending birth indicator) got some good use today as I sorted some of the baby clothes from my baby shower, which just arrived thanks to our not-so-friendly UPS man. (He likes to complain about the weight and quantity of packages I receive -- Hello! If you don't want to lug boxes around for a living you should turn in your brown hot pants.)
Due to our economic status (i.e. dirt-poor) and likely relocation when Mr. Dub graduates, we haven't been able to purchase real baby furniture yet, but I am making the most out of these plastic bins from Target -- may it flourish wherever I live forever.
In any event, I'm just happy to know that my baby won't go naked.

your baby totally made out at your shower. looks like you are ready for her. i can't wait to see her!
ps. those burp rags i gave you (thanks for the prominent top basket placement, by the way!) should probably be washed in warm and line dried. i have never actually laundered one myself, but i am assuming that this would be the best way to clean them. i hope they still look ok after some use. you will have to let me know how they turn out.
holy baby clothes! my goodness, well you certainly don't need the gift I was going to send! Just kidding. I like to give babies clothes for when they're about 2, that way you'll have something fun to put her in later. ;)
congrats on the organization; I love plastic Target three-drawer rolling thingies. Miles has his stuff in one of those.
it must be such a good feeling to actually have it all organized! i bet you feel like the baby can actually come now.
