For real

somewhere between eating dinner and contemplating dessert, travis pastrana did a double backflip ... on a motorcyle.

i actually didn't see the initial run because in my near-parental state i've developed an intense paranoia for anyone doing anything that would make his/her mother worry. and let me tell you, travis' mom was crying even before he attempted the unbelievable, mind-blowing, seemingly impossible trick. mostly because he told her that he loved her no matter what happened. (and, fyi, what would have happened had he not landed the backflips would have been paralysis or death.)

but after plugging my ears and closing my eyes, i was relieved to hear the mister cheering, not grimacing, so i was able to catch the multiple replays of his landmark feat.

and i thought tapioca pudding sounded good.
