HA! it's hard to let go of your home-state license plate, isn't it? Our Oregon plates are stashed away in a closet, just waiting to be properly recycled...thus inspired, I just may go make a necklace hanger!
Cute idea! I used my old VA plates as a wall hanging in my classroom years ago. Definitely not as creative as a necklace hanger though!
